Complaint Management Procedure

Scope

Students who have purchased any products or services from OKAZY Consulting can use the below complaints management procedure.

Review arrangements

OKAZY Consulting will review each complaint with diligence.

Submission

Any OKAZY Customer, who has any complaint, can use our contact form to submit the complaint for resolution of the case.

Process

You will be notified about your complaint’s resolution via email. An OKAZY representative may also contact you via Phone to address your concerns.

Our representative will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days. We will resolve your complaint and notify you via email in 10 business days.

The representative will begin the preliminary search for the solution and will request technical and legal assistance if necessary. The latter will determine the impact of the measure and will be responsible for implementing it, if approved by the stakeholders.

All questions will be considered as part of the company’s continuous improvement policy. When corrective measures cannot be taken, the matter can be forwarded to a 3rd party.

If the complaint is not resolved within 10 business days from the date the complaint was registered, the representative shall communicate the status of the complaint to the stakeholders and refer the complaint to the executive level.
